- To identify the talent management challenges for innovation in a global context

- To facilitate solutions for HR management to deal with talent management challenges for innovation

Main speakers are Prof. Randall Schuler (USA) and Prof. Carole Tansley (UK)

Prof. Jan Kees Looijse is chairing this seminar bringing together with business executives and researchers.

Prof. Joseph Kessels and Dr. Tanya Bondarouk participate as discussants.

Group discussions will further elaborate on the topics raised by the speakers.
