Knowledge productivity is becoming an increasingly critical economie factor. Understanding how knowledge productivity arises and the competence to promote knowledge productivity are becoming more important as well. Therefore, the key questions of this research are: Which learning processes contribute to knowledge productivity? Which variables promote or inhibit these learning processes? How can these learning processes be stimulated by targeted interventions? In this paper we describe our framework and our research approach.
