During this conference scholars from the domain of Leadership as well as Human Resource Development convened on the topic of Leadership and Human Resource Development. Key notes by dr. Alexandre Ardichvili, Mijin Cho, dr. Darlene Russ-Eft and dr. Dae-Bong Kwon examined various aspects of leadership and possible HRD perspectives.

Suk-Jean Kang, Joseph Kessels, Eun-Soo Lee and Young-Sam Cho presented a paper with the title: Leadership characteristics in leading Korean firms and their implcations for HRD.
